TAKEN" OVER BY BOROUGH. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) THAMES, this day. After negotiations the Thame Borough and County have reached ai agreement whereby the water race sup plying the town pas-ses into the control o the "Borough Council. thi agreement the borough takes over al nice property, honk debts, assets anc outstanding liabilities, and pays tin county £4,100 on January 1, 1H25, with out interest. The borough will supply water for the county crusher whenevei required at current rates. Posscssioi anil transfer of control has been giver to both councils ratifying the agreement Liabilities total £5.050, credits £1,300 an'l net liabilities £4.260. Assets ar< valued at £17,500. A committee habeen appointed by the borough counei tii make all arrangements for manage nient. The result is that the watei supply is now solely under the borougl rounc'il. Mr. U. H. Adams applied foi (!J sluieehead* to operate the Moanatair battery.
