THE NEXT SERIES. FIXED FOR NOVEMBER 21. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LOXDOX, October 18. ' The next wool sales have been fixed for November 21 to December 15. All free arrivals to September 29 are included in the catalogue, making 153,000 bales of Australian, Xew Zealand and Cape Colony, and 9,000 Puntas, and 60,000 Baiivra bales.— (A. and X.Z. Cable.) RATES TTEKY FIRM. LONDON", October 18. The wool sales wore animated to-day, and there was keen general competition for everything. Hates were very firm. Xew Zealand Beaumont clip realised 1/11.— (A. and X.Z. Cable.) . SYDNEY SERIES CLOSED. SYDNEY, October'lS. The third series of wool sales concluded to-day. Competition Mas very keen, and came from all (juarters, and lato rates were maintained. A good clearance was effected.—.(A. and and N.Z. Cable.)
