WEEK-END ACCIDENTS.
LORRY AND CAR COLLIDE.
A colhs.on took place on Saturday afternoon between a motor car driven b'v a woman and a heavy motor lorry at the corner of Oillies' Avenue and Owen's Koad, a recognised dangerou, turning. lhe colhcon fortunately, however, resulted without serious injltrv. The motor lorry, being the heavier, received little or no damage, but the car did not escape so easily, the front wheel being broken and the bonnet of the car considerably crushed.
