CLAIM FOR DAMAGES.

A sequel to a collision in Manukau Road some months ago between a motor cycle ridden 'by Ernest Albert Klanigan and a motor lorry belonging to Sanford, Ltd., was a claim in the Magistrate's Court yesterday -by Klanigan (Mr. J. •). Sullivan) for £50 damages to his cycle, £".0 general damages, and _ij for general expenses.
