Paul foT driving a horse attached to a gig at night without a light and to J. Murphy for allowing hi< horse io wander at night through iho streets. -Michael Quinlian \va> fined £2 for the theft of a pair of boots from a secondhand shop last Friday ovenin.?. The boots were ordered to be restored to the owners.
Edward K. Boyd pleaded gliiHy to damaging property at the Zoo in Syiuonds Street. Onehunga. Ho was ordered to make restitution in thr sum of £10 17/ and the matter was adjourned for twelve months.
