REPARATIONS COMMITTEE.
AN AMERICAN DELEGATE. LOAN TO GERMANY WASHINGTON, April 20. Mr. W. M. Strong (Governor of tbe Federal Reserve System) will go to London to confer Tsith the Finance Con>niittee of the Reparations Committee concerning the proposed loan to Germany. Hβ will have the backing of the President (Mr. W. G. Harding), although be considers that Mr. Strong's acceptance of the invitation is a personal matter, in no way binding the administration. The Government has not changed its attitude as to friendly non-participation in the Genoa arrangements.—(A. and N.Z.)
