RISING IN BOKHARA
STRENGTH OF THE BOLSHEVIKS 1 Received 10.30 a.m.i DELHI, April 23. Kitvcr Pasha's efforts are meeting with some success, and simultaneous risings occurred east and south-west of Bokhara and in the city itself. The insurgents, however, are not well armed, and many have been captured by Bolsheviks, who will take some shifting before a Mohammedan kingdom can he established in llokhara.—-(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
