REBATE ON EARNINGS. MELBOURNE, April 21. The second report of the Taxation Com-n-.'srion recommends that differentiation be made between incomes derived from personal exertion and those derived from property, with a discount of lo per cent allowed on the former in the event of nTSv in raising the rate.of taxation. The report, recoihwcnds. the imposition of T tax on derived from sources. t& Australia, or a tax on of sales abroad of exports from Australia- (A- and X-Z. Cable.)
