DISPUTE BETWEEN GROCERS.
■ T- I THE MORRINSVILLE CASE. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondents HAMILTON, Tuesday. The hearing of the Morrinsville case, _in which Henry Charles Jenkins, grocer, claimed £563 from William Charles Kent, grocer, and the defendant counterclaimed for £418, was in the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Striqger. The trouble arose oVer an agreement regarding the business taken over from the plaintiff by the defendant. His Honor gave " judgment for the plaintiff for the amount claimed, and reserved judgment on the counterclaim.
