JAP LABOUR MISSION.
A TOUR OF BRITAIN. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, December 20. A Japanese commercial mission, numbering 46, has arrived for a months' tour of British industrial centres. It visited the Ministry of Labour, where Mr. Wilson (secretary) addressed them on the British labour movement in relation to the Ministry, and also described the permanent organisation for dealing with industrial disputes. Subsequently the mission saw Mr. J. E. Clynes, Mr. ,T. H. Thomas, and Mr. J. Hodge.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
