POSTPONEMENT JUSTIFIED. i Received t>;i!o a.m.) LONDON. November 24. Mr. Chas. Lucas, OSOrge Cook's manager, is satisfied that Carpentier's illness justifies the request for postponement of their match till January 12. He added that it would hare b»Cn madness on his part to cry off the match in view of what a win meant to Cook. Though the delay wan annoying he was confident that the match was worth waiting for.
