HOSPITAL SHIP SINKER.
LIEUT. BOLDT'S ESCAPE. (Received S.:!C- a.m.) BERLIN, November 24. Boldt, one of two submarine officers sentenced early in July to four years' imprisonment on a charge of murder in connection with the sinking of the hospital ship Llandovcry Castle, escaped from prison five days ago. The pan-German Press denies that Boldt broke his pa.rcle. Boldt promised net to attempt to escape for three months. He himself warned the authorities when the period expired. Permission granted him to retain mufti facilitated his escape.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
