SEQUEL TO A LAXD DEAL. i Damages amounting to £-102.3 were ' claimed in the Supreme Court to-day by twin brothers, returned soldiers, George Erick Low and Alfred Lawrence Low, fanners, Kaukapakapa, from Arthur Perry Allport, Alfred Allport. and Frederick George -Mace, farmers, forI merlv of Hafton, Kaukapakapa, but I now'of Auckland. The plaintiffs ire™ ! represented by Mr. H. P. Richmond and Mr R P. Tovvie, and the defendants by Mr \. H Johnstone and Mr. Rogerson. " Plaintiffs alleged that they were induced to make the deal on an alleged fraudulent misrepresentation as to the amount of good alluvial flat land in the I estate. !
