ALLEGED ILLEGAL OPERATION
DUNEDIN CHEMIST CHARGED. (By Telegraph.-Press Association.) TIMAIiU, this day. James R. Ilaync, chemist, of Duncdin, was charged in the Magistrate's Court with having unlawfully used an instrument on Violet Ada Atkins, a married woman living apart from her husband. The woman's evidence was taken in hospital last night after she had been warned. The witness made a full statement, going into details. Accused was Iremaiided io appear at Duncdin on Saturday next. An application fur bail was refused.
