FATE OF ANGORA.
STILL IN DOUBT. GREEKS BOMB TOWN. (Received-11.30 a.m.) LONDON, September S. Smyrna reports state-that the capture of Angora, is still unconfirmed. The latent Greek communique states that the left wing is engaged in sectional fighting. Aeroplanes bombed the Angora railway station.— (Reuter.) CONSTANTINOPLE, September 8. The "Times" correspondent reports that consequent on oppressive measures of the local Government the dupot troops of the Sixth, Turkish, Nationalist Division at Adalia. on the south coast of Asia Minor, mutinied and were joined by the local population. Italian mariues'ha.ve been landed to protect Italian and foreign nationals.—("Times.")
