NEW SOUTH WALES TRAGEDY. SYDXEY, September S A mysterious tragedy is reported from Barraba, CO miles from Taimvorth. The shire cnginee-, Norman Kircnldy, was found on a road shot dead. Tiie bod.v of Edward Tilling, a rabbitrr, was discovered just off th-> road with his head ■battered and a gun alongside. Tbe supvisit ion is tVit Tilling shot Kirkcaldy id then committed suiiide.
