AN7TOAL MEETING. The annual general meeting of the Akarana Defence Kifle Club was held at the Drill Hall on Tuesday evening. The officers elected for the eusuing season are: President, S. Elliott; deputy-president, H. Doughty; committee. G. G. Ashley. A. G. Devore, A. H: Dixon, E. 3. C. Reston. J. F. Atkinson. X. Priestley and F. W. Strong; bon. secretary and treasurer, A. E. Hughes; hon.. auditor. A. G. Maoghan, F.R.A. Prizes won during the 1920-1921 season were presented to the successful competi°The 1921-1022 season will open at Penrose Rifle Range on Saturday, September 10, members being requested to bring their lady friends. Afternoon tea provided.
