RESTRICTION RESENTED. CONTEST WITH THE REICH. A SECESSION MOVEMENT. (By Cable—Press Association.—Copyright.* BERLIN 7 , September 7. According to reports from Munich the situation between Bavaria and the German Imperial Government is regarded as very grave. The non-Socialist Press is violently attacking the Berlin Government for interfering in the internal affairs of Bavaria. The "Augshurgor Abondzeitung," which is still appearing despite a recent order for its suppression, alleges that the Berlin Government is trying- to re-estab-lish a Red dictatorship in Bavaria, The " Vorwaerte" declares that a movement in favour of Bavaria's secession is growing from Munich throughout Bavaria.— (Reuter.)
