HARLAND AND WOLFF YARD. ("Received 10.30 a.m.) LON~DON, September 7. The Port of London Authority states that negotiations are approaching settlement to enable Harland and Wolff, whose headquarters are in Belfast, to establish extensive ship repairing and engineering workshops on the Thames side.—(A. and N.Z.
