KOBE DOCK STRIKE.
WORKERS TO RESUME. VOICE IN MANAGEMENT. TOKYO, August ID. It ia announced that the shipyard' workers on strike at Kobe have decided to resume .work on condition that a preliminary compromise settlement giving the workers a voice in the mechanical direction of the plants, shall be made the basis of further discussions.—(A. and N.Z.
