ENGLAND WINS MACKINNON | CUP. \ LONDON, July 20. The annual meeting of the National Rifle Association has opened at Bisley. The competition for the Mackinnon Cup resulted: — England 1,521 Scotland 1,-SO Canada 1,403 Ireland 1,401 Wales 1,233 — (A. and N.Z. Cable. I I The Mackinnon Cup 115 shots at 000 i and 1,000 yards) was won last year by' Scotland, Canada being second, England third, South Africa fourth, and Ireland fifth.
