Signor Bonomi has formed a Cabinet, and h"" appointed Marehesa Delia Torretta. Foreign Minister. Torretta is now Ambassador in Vienna, and was during the war Ambassador to Petrograd. Signor Gasparotto becomes Minister of War and Signor de Nava Secretary of the Treasury. The Cabinet is supported by two democratic groups and the Constitutionals and Popular party. —(A. and X.Z.
