FLOODS IN QUEENSLAND.
TOWNSHIP UNDER WATER,
BRISBANE, July 4.
The town of Goondiwindi, on the N.S.W.-Queensland border, is flooded, the water in some places being nine feet deep. Many families have removed to schools and churches on higher ground. The damage is extensive.- —(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
