WILSON'S MISTAKES.
/i REVIEW BY LANSING. "HANDLED WITHOUT GLOVES." VANCOUVER, March 18. 'A sensation throughout the United States has been caused by the publication of a review of Dr. Wilson's Peace Conference mistakes, "written by his former Secretary of State, Mr. Lansing. The latter handles the former President -without glove?, emphasising that Ms failure to consult his colleagues in Paris resulted disastrously for United States ideals. He said that Dr. Wilson compromised on and sacrificed, important points in the treaties for the sake of getting support for ephemeral clauses of the covenant of Ms pet, the League of Nations. Mr. Lansing makes the charges that Dr. Wilson's peace policy was nebulous, and that the unprepared M. Clemenceau and Mr. Lloyd George beat him everywhere.
