PETITION FOR DIVORCE.
In the Supreme Court to-day. Stephen Philip Craddock I Mr. R. A. Singer) petitioned for a dissolution of his marriage with Annie Craddock on the ground of tier misconduct with .Tohn Thomas Bur- ; gess, seaman. The petitioner stated that the marriage took place in 1915. Two years j later the respondent was convicted of | soliciting in the street. That was the j first that petitioner knew of his wife's! criminal career. He took her home, but I his efforts were of no avail. She was now serving a term of two years' reformative detention for theft. ' Constable Conrad Welson stated that the respondent and the co-respondent had been associated on a fishing boat in the harbour, where a man was robbed. ' Subsequently he found them together in ' a house. j A decree was granted.
