PUKEKOHE TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL.
OFFICIAL OPES'-KG NEXT THURSDAY. The Fukekohe Technical Hip- School will be officially opened on Thursday next, February 3. The Prime Minister. Right Hon. W. F. Massey, and the Minister of Education, Hon. C. .1. Parr, will be present. The school will be open for classes on Monday. February 7. The Auckland Education Board has I recommanded the appointment of Mr. IW. F. J. Munro, M.A., as headmaster, and Mrs. Maibel Rhodes, M.A., and Mr. I .r. W. Olthert. R.A., as assistants, and j these have been approved as provisional appointments by the Education Depart- , meat. If one hundred pupils enrol it is | the intention of the Board to recom- ! mend the appointment of a fourth I teacher. i The part-time teachers will be Mr. F. iR. Callac-han. M.A., agricultural science, ! Mr. S. Youlden. woodwork and drawj ing. Miss M. _P. Harty, domestic j science, and-Mis.- H. Yince, dressmaking.
