SARCASTIC PAPERS.
U.S. AND MESOPOTAMIA. BRITISH PRESS ON NOTE. VANCOUVER, November 27. A message from New York states that Sunday newspapers feature the comment of the" London Press on the American note to Britain regarding Mesopotamia, especially portions of sarcastic editorials in the •'Star," the "'Evening Standard," and the "Westminster Gazette."
These are to the effect that America haa not expended a single dollar on Mesopotamia, though she is now wishing to share in the benefits of the expenditure of British blood and treasure.
