BREAKS LOOSE TWICE. COLLIER RAMMED AND SUNK. ißeeelved 10.30 a.ml LONDON, December 6. During the gale on the English coast yesterday the 13,000 tonner Graf Waldersee broke adrift from her moorings at Southend. Six tugs towed her to Gravesend, where she again broke loose and ran ashore after colliding with and sinking the 2000-ton collier Fairfield.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
