At the Supreme Court to-day Sir John •Salmond sentenced ten prisoners as follows: —Horace Charles Harman and Roydon Prank Barry, breaking and entering and theft, Taihape, two years each: Frank Lawton. theft of benzine at Foxton, six months hard labour; Frank Ethelbert Oakc.s, forg-ery and uttering , , five charges, six months; Norman MfLeod Ounn. four charges of forgery, Napier, twelve months; George Pileher. theft at Dannevirke, nine months; Randolph Arthur Page, breaking and entering and theft, New Plymouth, two years' retormative detention; Robert Geo. Neill, breaking and entering and theft, Otaki, three years' reformative treatment.
