SELLING OPP THE STOCK. (Received 9.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON. September 30. The Shipping Bo.ard has received bids for two ex-German liners. Ninety-two steel ships will be offered to competitive bidding, and 30 others will be sold to the owners to whom they have been allocated. Bids are wanted for 285 wooden ehtps. The Board plans the sale of 1200 ships, but it is doubtful whether they can be sold to foreign buyers. —(A. and Jf__ Cable.)
