RUSSIAN PEACE TERMS
DRAFT NOT ADHERED TO. VERSAILLES AS A MODEL. #-*- — (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) PARIS, August 16. The "Temps" understands that the armistice and peace terms to be submitted to the Polish delegation differ fundamentally from the general draft handed to Mr. Lloyd George by Kameneff. The Russian Soviet Government is taking the Versailles Treaty as a model. PROPAGANDISTS NOT WANTED. LONDON, August 16. A delegation of seven Russian trades unionists, with eigl|t secretaries, have reached Rcval. British authorities refused them permission to continue their voyage, to Britain where they had arranged to conduct an extensive Bolshevik propaganda tour.— (A. and N.Z.) A PLOT IN AMERICA. j WASHINGTON, August 10. The United Press of America states that the Department of Justice has obtained details of a plot prepared by the Russian Soviet Government to foment economic discord in the United States during the coming autumn and winter, including the burning and dynamiting of factories and agitation among employees.
