INQUEST ON MR. McCRYSTAL.
The inquiry into one death of Richard McOryeial (45), a. retired civil engineer, who lived at Epsom, who died of pleurisy on duly :50, after being injured by a motorcar on July 10, was concluded by Mt. 1. E. Wilson, 5.M... this morning.
' Medical evidence was given showing the nature of his injuries, and attributing death to heart failure caused by shack and pleurisy resulting from his injuries. Witnesses described tie accident, showing boat deceased drove his car against the concrete column supporting the railway bridge at Morningside. The verdict was in accordance with the medical evidence, and that the accident was caused by a defect in the steering gear of the car. The coroner suggested that the pillar of the bridge should be painter white, a* ite visibility seemed at times to be poor.
