EXECUTIVE'S DECISION. IN PONSONBY MURDER CASE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Ponsonby ,murder case and the sentence passed upon Dennis Gunn were considered at a meeting of the Executive Council this morning, hiAExcellency the Governor-General presidii%. It was afterwards announced that his Excellency, acting on and with the advice of liie Ministers, sees no ■reason why the decision of tUe Court should be interfered with.
