RIOTOUS TJHDERGRADS. SYDNEY, May 17. As a sequel to the University Commemoration Day revels on Saturday, the Inspector-General of Volice has written to the. secretary of the Undergraduate*' Association stating that the conduct of those who formed part of the procession was such as to render it wholly impossible for permission for any future similar procession to be prantod by the Lord Mayor. The commissioner also stated that he would take care that such unseemly conduct should not happen again in the Town Hall.—(A. and X.Z.)
