LOANS FOR CHINA.
TOKYO, May-17. The Foreign Office states that the Consortium will have exclusive rights of making loans to China, direct to the Chinese Government or guaranteed by the Chinese Government and raised by public issue. Loans by Chinese capitalists, or corporations will be outside the scope of the Consortium.—(Reuter.)
