The report and fcalaacMbeet of the Taopirl Coal Mine*, Ltd., was seconded by the Hon. J. A. Tole at yesterday's annual meeting of shareholders and canted unanimously. A abarebolder commended the transfer of a substantial amount to the accident reserve fund. ' ' ■ «„ _ The Hon. E. W. Alteon and Mr. Geo. Wlnetone, the retiring directors, were reelected to the directorate,, and Mr. B. B. Isaacs was Te-appolnted auditor.
