CAUGHT A TARTAR.
MAGISTRATE RETURNS FIRE. LONDON, May 12. A party of armed men. attacked Mr. Wynne (Resident Magistrate at Tralse) when fee was" motoring. Mr. Wynne returned the'fire of his assailants, firing five shots from a revolver.' He'killed one Sinn Feiner and wounded two others. The rest fled. Mr. Wynne was not wounded. A gang of mci} shot at three policeman leaving Lower Road Police Station, Cork. They killed two constables," and dangerously wounded the third.
