CAPTAIN CENSURED. ißeceived H.su a.uu MELBOURNE, this day. The Marine Court of Inquiry found the charge against George Bates, master of the Vi'esiralia, of having recklessly or carelessly navigated the vessel, was sustained. In view of his previous record and his behaviour, and also that of the crew after the occurrence, the Court decided not to deal with his certificate, but censured and cautioned him. — (A. and N.Z.
