PROBABLY NOT MURDER.
MRS. HEBBESD'S DEATH. A NEW THEORY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. An inquest concerning the mysteriouf death of Mrs. Eliza Jane Hebbend, whose body was found in the harbour on Friday last, opened yesterday, and was adjourned to April 12. It has now been suggested that the wounds were inflicted by a fish, possibly a yountr shark, while the woman was in the water. In support of this theory it is hairt that the unfortunate woman may have fallen into the water at some spot where it was shallow, and may have floated off to be attacked later by a fish.
