SUPREME COUNCIL DISCUSSION (Received f) a.m.) LONDON, February 15. The Supreme Council discussed the Adriatic question and the Turkish treaty, the terms of which, it is understood, will be substantially settled. The Dutch Government receives a reply regarding the ex-Kaiser and the war criminals to-morrow. — (Reuter.)
