ELECTION OF DIRECTOR?. ! A special meeting of the Auckland ! Farmers' Freezing Company was held Jcsterday for the purpose of declaring the result of the election of two directors to represent the shareholders of the Xorth Auckland branch. Four .candidates came forward for election, namely, Messrs. F. Andrews, Opononi; J. \V. McAuley. Okaihau; Chas. Nisbet, Kaikohe; and Vernon Reed, M.P. The- votes cast were as follows: — Andrews, 0500 (informal 1400); McAuley, 24,650 (informalOOOO); Xisbet, 16,650 (informal 4550); Reed, 14,450 (informal 3250).
