BULGARIA'S ARMY.
' OFFICERS RECALLED. I Received 10.5 a.m.) ATHENS, February 11. The Bulgarian Government has recalled all officerß on the retired list, ostensibly to officer the new gendarmes"* regiments and to fill other quasi-military offices. Athenian newspapers regard the action as a violation of the Treaty of Xeuilly. in which the .Bulgarian army was limited to R force of 40.000 men.— (A. and NZ. Cable.)
