LAND FOR SOLDIERS.
SECTIONS NEAR ALBANY. The lands to be thrown open to selection in the North Auckland land district, this month, include the balance of sections in the Pakaraka Settlement, ( near Ohaeawai, and a number of national endowment sections in Waitemata County. Both will be thrown open for selection on the 17th inst. Details of the former estate have already been published, and are obtainable on the plans issued by the Lands Department. The National Endowment sections range in area from 33 acres to 87 acres, in the case of those situated in Paremoremo parish, andifrom 10 to 13 acres in the case of those in Waipareira parish. The former are situated on the Ridge Road, Albany, lying between that , township and Riverhead. The latter are three and a-half miles away from Henderson. Further particulars are obtainable from the North Auckland Land Board Office.
