NEW CHEESE FACTORY.
OPENED AT TOKOROA. HAMILTON, Thursday. The new cheese factory at Tokoroa was opened yesterday. Mr. George Parr, president of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, said I the Chamber had been investigating the i possibilities of light railways, and ; from what they had learned he thought ! there was nothing to approach them for J opening up the back areas quickly and j cheaply. j Mr. W. iCarr Rollett, chairman of direc- ; tors of the Tokoroa Cheese Company, es> ' pressed the opinion that good roads should be the advance agent of settlement in new districts.
