WAROTKG TO MILKMEN. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTOHURCH, this day. In the Magistrate's Court Charles Taylor was fined one shilling , and costs for a breach of the Canterbury - Dairymen' 3 Award by employing a youth under 16 years of age driving a horse and cart. The Inspector of Awards said the case was brought as a warning that steps were being taken to prevent the employment of juveniles on milk rounds.
