SOLDIERS' GRATUITIES.
PROTEST FROM LONDON. LONDON, September 10. A meeting of New Zealand soldiers at the Colonial Institute passed the following resolution:—"Seeing that the NewZealand Government, after repeated tabled inquiries, has failed to state its promised decision regarding a war gratuity, this meeting protests most str-i-ngly r.gainst the delay, nnd urges that the whole question be submitted to a Parliamentary Committee for speedy decisions."—(A. and N.Z.
