IHE TWO-I'EAR-OI.D PARADE. The two-yejir-old parade at Ellerslie on Ba'tnnlay created a lut of interest, and the youngsters as they were walked round the enclosure came in for very close inspection. Taken as a whole, they were a good average lot, and the «purt showed several to be possessed of plenty of pace. The iirst and Becond, Jolly l-rincess and Miss Muriel, were both disposed of recently by Mr. J. 1). Kemp, and both are rery smart youngsters that should pay their way during the season. That is to say. a sum of £2.000,000 -will have to pass through the machines before the sinking fund extinguishes the cost.
