NEVER A HOPE OF SUCCESS. A CYNICAL REVELATION. (Received 2.-10 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, September IG. General Liman yon Sanders, the German Commander of the Turkish Forces, declared that the Turkish campaign in Palestine never had a prospect of success. Its object was to draw off troops from the Western front. Asked what Germany's future relationship with Turkey "would be, Yon Sanders said it would*be best to draw a pen through the entire Turkish policy.—(Reuter.)
