TRAMCAR AND LORRY.
COLLISION AT TCPSOM. A collision between a tram oar and a lorry took place at Greenwood's Cornor, Kpeom, shortly before seven o'clock last evening. Tlie lorry, laden with coke, and drawn by three horse*, came down Coffee's llill and across the main road, the tram striking the body of the. vehicle and dragging it for some distance. Fortunately the driver of the lorry was 'able to retain control of the horses, and brought them through without mishap. The tram oar. however, did not emerge so well and had to be immediately tran--ferred to the Kpeom barn, after the passengers had been transferred to another car. The lorry and horses are the property of Air. Bray, Onehunga.
