ARGENTINE DISPUTE.
PURCHASE OF GERMAN IJCNERS BUENOS AYRES, August 10. The British Minister, Sir Reginald Tower, states that his pending visit to London is merely to obtain a rest. He denies that it is the result of any threatening rupture of diplomatic relations between the Argenine Republic and Great Britain. Tlie Argentine newspaper "La Nacion," asserts that diplomatic relations are delicate, and that the Argentine Minister is leaving London.
